About the course

I always thought strength training wasn’t for me. Not for my body.

Luckily, I was proven wrong when I found a type of training that gave me structure and routines that really worked. Soon I realized: my body is capable of so much more than I had ever believed.

For many women* my age, strength training is becoming more and more important — and at the same time, it often feels further and further out of reach.

The truth that concerns all of us is simple: we are getting older, and there’s no way around getting to know and supporting our bodies if we want to age with ease and joy.

I see that this is a big challenge for many women. No wonder. The fitness industry feels “too pink” for many of us. Many movement spaces are not accessible. And yoga doesn’t really help when it comes to building strength and a spirit of adventure.

But there is another way. And I want to support this shift.

After all these years of working with movement and body practices, I’ve developed a broad knowledge that can help women feel stronger, freer, and more connected to their bodies. Strength training is a big part of this, but not the only one. 

And no, it doesn’t have to be boring. Discovering what our bodies are capable of is incredibly joyful.

The course runs regularly from 09:00 to 10:00, every Tuesday.

  • Volkspark Mariendorf, Berlin. Easy to reach by bike, bus or subway (U6 Alt-Mariendorf).
  • Exact meeting point will be sent out via registration. 

Payment

Trial class: 15€ (book below)

Monthly 1x/ week: 65€
