My name is Mariana Hilgert. And if there is one thing I understand is how frustrating it can be to feel stuck and unsure of how to [re]connect with your creative self.
With over 20 years of experience teaching dance and movement to hundreds of students from all over the world, I've learned this: movement is an effective and profound way to meet your creativity, with health, confidence and joy as inevitable collateral effects.
The Creative Body is what I teach, a framework to experience dance, movement and creativity. Through it I am committed to supporting you in feeling creative and empowered in your body, no matter your age, background or physical conditions.
Mariana's approach is sensitive, playful and very much liberating - both for the body and the mind. I would recommand signing up for her classes if you want to feel connected to your body and to exercise in a non-competitive, thoughful yet joyful way.
