The Creative Body Philosophy

An honest and insightful class on why creativity through movement matters, and how to start what I call a creative body practice.

How is the way you move inspiring creativity into your life?

First we need to define what creativity is. And why it matters. And how to look at a physical practice as a way to live your creativity.
We will talk about this in my upcoming class, The Philosophy of The Creative Body.
March 28th, at 7 PM.

Maybe you know this child

Once there was a child who climbed trees, fought dinosaurs, and ran around the forest, busy looking for the the most beautiful stones on the ground.

Thirty years later, this child became an adult, whose main occupation is dealing with internal frustrations, feeling overwhelmed, and also a bit stuck. Joy shows up only now and then—by luck, it seems.

Now, what if that child, despite its young age, already carried a profound wisdom? Not the kind that comes from reading big books, but the kind found in playing with friends and being moved by curiosity?

What if we, as occupied adults, simply forgot that this kind of joy is still available within us?

The spirit of The Creative Body is that, through moving creatively, we can step out of the amnesia of joy. It is where we reclaim the space to play, to do nothing, to write our thoughts down. To move not because it’s important for our health according to the newest study we heard from on TV.

But because we ENJOY it. Because being creative through movement is part of our nature.

We need to talk about that child.

Creativity matters. Finding creativity in movement too -- and more than never. In a 90 minutes class, we’ll explore why should we all care. And how you can bring simple practices into your days that help your creativity breathe again.

We meet on March 28th at 7 PM (CET) on ZOOM. The class costs 23€. Yes, it is this cheap because this is urgent, and it needs to fly through the world.

The class will be recorded and sent via email to all participants.

All details of the class will be sent by email upon signing up.
