The Dance More Than You Talk challenge is back in its 3rd edition!
For 7 days, you’ll receive a 10-minute dance prompt. Short, playful, and easy to follow! OR you can join me live, in my online living room!
It’s not about getting better, but rather about returning to that (sometimes shy) joy living under your skin, in your joints, and in the connection to the music.
Whether you dance daily or haven’t in years, this will make you fall in love with dancing again.

The Dance More Than You Talk is a 7-day experience to help you find dance easily and consistently. Especially if you don’t feel that confident, or don’t know where to start.
Here is what will happen. Each day, you’ll get:
✅ A guided video (10min) with a dance prompt based on fresh principles - if you ever joined a challenge, this will be new for you too!
✅ A suggested song for the practice
✅ A few words to guide your focus
✅ Access LIVE or recordings via email

This program helped me solidify a daily dance practice, I had a friend that joined me for the 30 days and this also helped me (the program is how I got a friend interested in the first place). Since the program I have kept dancing almost every day.

I loved the continuity, the daily expression of creativity, regularly starting the day with blah and transforming that blah into wow within minutes. pretty awesome.

It was a great start into the day. But I also learned something important. I realized quick that it's not about the cool dance moves here. It's about the feeling of dance. The connection between motions and emotions reaches a level that I'm only able to feel when I dance.

I really love your approach to go deep into "how dance feels" instead of "how it looks like". I want this more in my life and could imagine to continue this work. But at the same time I'm also interested into combining this feeling, that you already get from a few minutes of the small dance, with more concrete stuff like dance sequences, concrete moves and the coordination practice. I found this to be another very interesting layer of dance and would love to dive deeper into this as well. And then being able to combine both of thes 'layers', start improvising,...

Please note: The DMTYT is a training of principles of dance AND also of consistency and kindness, and of failing in both of them. Here a few thoughts that will likely come up throughout the way: I cannot do it, I am not good enough, I will get bored, I cannot dance anyway, I can't follow through. You might believe those thoughts. Or you might just notice them, feel the feels and then just keep dancing.

How it works:
- We start September 29th and go until October 5th
- You dance for 10 minutes a day, either with me live on Zoom, or with the recordings I will send everyday to you via email
- We will meet from 7.30 to 7.40 AM (CET) via ZOOM
- You do it your way — alone or with friends
- You can share your reflections with me per email, or stay completely silent. You belong either way.
- The recordings will remain available for you to enjoy for 2 months!
