DANCE MORE THAN YOU TALK
Dance more than you talk. At least 5 minutes more than you usually dance, which still might not be more than you talk, but we gotta start somewhere!
This is the simple idea of a 30 day program to dance and explore simple principles of dancing (and a frame to practice consistency, failure and some kindness too).
This is how it works:
You will be invited to a private group and get access to a pool of videos with basic dance principles.
For everyday there will be a new video. I will introduce to you a few of my working tools&terms to talk and teach dance, like the minimum adorable rhythm and the shameless arms.
You then explore the principle of the day for 5 minutes (if you can, also longer), by yourself.
For every video there will be a song and a description of what is happening.
You can do this whenever you want – in the morning, in the evening, while you hold your baby. You can do it for yourself and also record yourself and share with others a small video or a comment. Important: YOU DON’T HAVE TO share anything. You are welcome to just join quietly! You already belong here into this community 🙂
These 30 days Dance More Than you Talk are a training of principles of dance AND also of consistency and kindness, and of failing in both of them. Maybe things will come up to you if you decide to join: I cannot do it, I am not good enough, I will get bored, I cannot dance anyway. You might judge yourself and just leave this forever. Or you might just notice this, feel the feels and then just keep going.
Good. This program is for people who would like to start dancing in a very general way and have no clue how. Or for whoever is curious about this work. It is not a coaching program but an experience of becoming curious towards dancing and seeing what happens.
Payment:
35€.
The program originally went from 13th September to 12th October 2022. I decided to keep it open since people wanted to join us later!
