Here’s why I offer workshops:
Connection with others is one of the greatest sources of joy in our lives. You can understand this through opposition: Think back to the isolation of the Covid times, where connection was reduced, and you’ll likely get what I mean.
Even in an online world with endless opportunities to stay connected, loneliness is a present challenge —whether we live in big urban centres or small villages.
For me, a workshop is a way to be in a space where people come together—not just to spend time with one another, but to share meaningful experiences that ripple into their everyday lives and of their loved ones.
Our ancestors thrived by gathering, connecting, and sharing. These shared experiences make us feel more accepted, safer and inspired to step back into our lives with renewed energy and sense of purpose.
So, this is why I offer workshops: to do things, to take action, but mostly to do it together. That changes everything.

The workshops listed below are open to interested participants of all movement and dance experience levels.
Boulder and Dance
2 parts Workshop in March and October in Berlin
In this workshop, we will explore the synergy between climbing and dance. By practicing these disciplines individually, we’ll expand our ability to find connections and transfer skills between them. You’ll build both strength and grace as we dive into creative movement—on the climbing wall and on the dance floor.

Movement Practice for Dance
A series of high-on-joy workshops within the Lindy Hop Festival Open The Arts. We’ll explore dynamic themes like balance research, playground-inspired floor work, joyful legs, and other topics designed to spark creativity and bring ease to movement in open-form scenarios. Plus, you can join a variety of other workshops and taste Lindy Hop in your body!

Push-Play-Pull
1-Day Workshop in July in Berlin
Strength training meets creativity in this playful workshop. We’ll explore unconventional ways to build power through games that will push (and, of course, pull) your strength potential. You’ll gain insights into how to integrate these practices into your daily life.

Dance More Than You Talk
2-Days Workshop in July in Berlin
Inspired by a personal quest on how to spend time with friends in ways that go beyond just talking, this workshop offers a foundational understanding of dancing joyfully and together. You’ll learn key principles to help you express yourself like yourself, with confidence and ease, and that are so easy simple that you can teach your friends back home too.

Dance to the Hop
An introduction to the principles of hip-hop dance. This workshop will also focus on basics of rhythm, coordination and social steps as well as self-confidence to explore and improvise to the beat.
