The Dance More Than You Talk challenge is back!
For 30 days, you’ll receive a 5-minute dance prompt. Short, playful, and easy to follow!
It’s not about getting better, but rather about returning to that quiet joy living under your skin, in your joints, and in the connection to the music.
Whether you dance daily or haven’t in years, this will make you fall in love with dancing again. Join me for the final round in this format!
The Dance More Than You Talk is a 30-day experience to help you find dance easily and consistently. Especially if you don’t feel that confident, or don’t know where to start.
Here is what will happen. Each day, you’ll get:
✅ A short showing video (1min) with a dance prompt based on principles I have been using with hundreds of students
✅ A suggested song for the practice
✅ A few words to guide your focus
✅ Access via WhatsApp or email — your choice

📹 Access to a LIVE class on June 2nd over ZOOM to ask questions and explore the principles together

This program helped me solidify a daily dance practice, I had a friend that joined me for the 30 days and this also helped me (the program is how I got a friend interested in the first place). Since the program I have kept dancing almost every day.

I loved the continuity, the daily expression of creativity, regularly starting the day with blah and transforming that blah into wow within minutes. pretty awesome.

I really love your approach to go deep into "how dance feels" instead of "how it looks like". I want this more in my life and could imagine to continue this work. But at the same time I'm also interested into combining this feeling, that you already get from a few minutes of the small dance, with more concrete stuff like dance sequences, concrete moves and the coordination practice. I found this to be another very interesting layer of dance and would love to dive deeper into this as well. And then being able to combine both of thes 'layers', start improvising,...

Please note: The DMTYT is a training of principles of dance AND also of consistency and kindness, and of failing in both of them. Here a few thoughts that will likely come up throughout the way: I cannot do it, I am not good enough, I will get bored, I cannot dance anyway, I can't follow through. You might believe those thoughts. Or you might just notice them, feel the feels and then just keep dancing.

How it works:
- We start May 20th and go until June 18th
- You dance for 5 minutes a day, using the easy prompts I will post everyday on the Whatsapp group or send you via email, if you prefer.
- You do it your way — alone or with friends
- You can share your reflections in the WhatsApp group, per email, or stay completely silent. You belong either way.
- The program will remain available for 2 months, until the 11th August. Then it will be gone forever (in this format).
